CTC Assam Tea: Organic Assam Tea
Why CTC? The Organic Assam Tea has been sourced directly from a family-run tea estate in India and is prepared using the CTC ‘cut-tear-curl’ method, crushing tea leaves and reforming into coffee-like grinds to maximize the flavour and reduce the steeping/brewing time.
Mix 1 cup water, 1tsp tea and 1/2 tsp masala chai mix in a pot. Bring to a boil, add in milk to taste, boil again. Strain & serve with or without sugar. For added flavor, mix in fresh mint at the start. You're welcome.

To make iced chai martini make a double concentrate version of chai (1 cup water, 2 tsp tea and 1 tsp chai), then chill and mix in with vodka and ice for a refreshing summer-caffeinated cocktail.
